Introduction to the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad
The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF) is one of Pakistan’s leading public sector universities, renowned for its excellence in agricultural and life sciences education, research, and innovation. Online Applications (http://jobs.uaf.edu.pk) are required up to 15.09.2025, on the Prescribed Form, from suitable persons for hiring as Visiting Faculty on per lecture basis at prescribed rates to teach classes in the following Subjects/Departments/Institutes/Constituent Colleges of the University, with prescribed qualifications/criteria as indicated below:
Qualifications/Criteria
- For all positions (except Chinese Language):
First Class M.Phil./MS or equivalent degree awarded after 18-years of education or Master’s degree from a Foreign University in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institute with no 3rd Division in the entire academic career.
Furthermore, candidates with 2nd division in M.Phil./MS/equivalent or Master’s Degree (Foreign) but holding higher degree i.e. Ph.D. could be considered. - For Chinese Language (PARS):
To teach classes of Diploma in Modern Agriculture Technology (MAT) with HSK-4 Qualification.
NOTE:
No Ph.D. student and Government Employee will be considered for hiring as Visiting Faculty.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

ii. After submission of online application, get it printed and submit printed application along with attested copies of all required relevant educational documents/certificates, degrees, character certificates, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, provisional certificates, transcripts, medals, publications (HEC recognized research papers/Books with ISBN), CNIC etc. and Bank Deposit Slips.
iii. Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/Institutions will be considered.
iv. The applicant shall pay job application processing fees of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in Account No. 0720930118002449 of MCB Bank, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Code-1688) titled “Evening Fee Account”, and upload deposit slip on the link given above.
v. The Scrutiny Committee shall call only eligible candidates for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible when called for interview.
vi. This arrangement will be purely on temporary basis only for Winter Semester 2025-26 or Spring Semester 2025-26 or both semesters depending on teaching needs.
vii. The University shall utilize services at any campus (Main Campus or Constituent Colleges) irrespective of the position advertised for specific campuses and reserves the right not to fill any position without assigning any reason.
viii. The University shall not be responsible for postal delays or non-receipt of call letters.
ix. Incomplete applications (soft and hard form) or those received after due date will not be entertained.
