Applications are invited for appointment to various categories on Lump Sum Pay Package for a period of three years (extendable) for the newly established Health Facility “Provision of PET Scan & Cyclotron Machine at Nishtar Hospital, Multan” from suitable candidates having the required qualification and experience as per eligibility criteria approved by the Contract Appointment Regulations Committee (CARC) under the provisions of Contract Appointment Policy, 2004.

Terms & Conditions

1. Both male and female applicants having domicile of Punjab may apply.
2. Appointments will be made on Lump Sum Pay Package under Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 for three years (extendable on satisfactory performance).
3. O-Level/A-Level candidates must submit an equivalence certificate.
4. Disabled candidates must attach disability certificate issued by the Social Welfare Department.
5. Original documents must be produced at scrutiny/interview.
6. Age and experience will be calculated up to the closing date.
7. Age relaxation will be allowed according to Punjab Government Recruitment Policy, 2022.
8. Quotas will be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
9. Separate application is required for each post.
10. Government employees should apply through proper channel.
11. Only HEC-recognized degrees will be accepted.
12. Fake documents or concealment of facts will result in disqualification.
13. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents with attested photocopies.
14. Original degrees/diplomas are mandatory at interview.
15. The department reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any post.
16. Applicants must ensure they fulfill all eligibility requirements.
17. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the NTS test (shortlisting criteria may be revised if required).
18. PMF-recognized diplomas/institutes will be accepted.
19. Competent authority may modify the shortlisting criteria if required.
