- Masters in Finance, HR, Commerce, Public Policy, Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent (45% minimum marks, recognized by HEC).
- 12 years of managerial experience in Human Resource Management, Public Finance, Accounts & Audit, and Administration.
- Experience in the development of laboratory infrastructure and preparation of lab-related regulations/policies.

2. Senior Technical Manager (Drug Testing Lab)

Salary: Rs. 725,000/month

Qualification & Experience:
- PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmacy (recognized by HEC).
- 7 years of experience in forensic examination/testing of drugs with supervisory/management experience in a 17025 accredited lab.
- OR, MS/MPhil or MSc (Hons.) in related fields (minimum 45% marks) with 10 years of experience.

- PhD in Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Soil Science, Analytical Chemistry, or Plant Physiology (recognized by HEC).

5. Quality Assurance Manager (Drug Testing Lab)

- PhD in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology.
- 7 years of post-PhD experience in drug testing with at least 4 years in quality assurance in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab.
