Introduction to the Department of Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA)
The Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) is a government initiative under the Punjab Saaf Pani Authority Act of 2024. The department was established with a focused mission to provide clean, potable drinking water to the people of Punjab. The authority aims to improve the quality of water supplied to rural and urban populations, ensuring sustainable, equitable, and accessible water resources throughout the province.
PSPA is tasked with the responsibility of managing, overseeing, and executing water purification projects, both large and small scale, while also focusing on water sector infrastructure development. With a vision to improve public health and sanitation, the authority works closely with various governmental and non-governmental organizations, along with international partners, to address the growing water-related challenges faced by the province.

Government of the Punjab established Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) under the Punjab Saaf Pani Authority Act 2024, to provide clean drinking water to the people of Punjab. The Punjab Saaf Pani Authority is looking for qualified professionals with the requisite skill set against the following positions:
Sr. 01: Director Engineering
- Minimum Qualification: MS or M.Sc in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Water Engineering, or any relevant discipline from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, with 8 years’ experience in the Water Sector. OR BS/B.Sc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ experience in the Water Sector.
- Max. Age: 50
- No. of Posts: 02
Sr. 02: Deputy Manager Engineering
- Minimum Qualification: MS or M.Sc in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Water Engineering, or any relevant discipline from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, with 5 years’ experience in the Water Sector. OR BS/B.Sc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 7 years’ experience in the Water Sector.
- Max. Age: 40

Sr. 03: Dy. Manager Legal
- Minimum Qualification: LLB from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and registered with Punjab Bar Council, with 5 years’ professional experience as an Advocate in the High Court, in Public or Private organizations.
- Max. Age: 45

Sr. 04: Sub Engineer / Quantity Surveyors
- Minimum Qualification: DAE (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) with 3+ years’ relevant experience. Applicants with B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) from a recognized institute will be preferred.
- Max. Age: 30

- Last date for submission is 16.09.2025. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
- The positions mentioned above will be offered on contract basis.
- Age will be calculated as of the closing date.
- Relaxation in upper age limit shall be permissible as per Govt. Notification No. SOR-III(S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26.01.2022. The age of the candidate will be calculated from his/her date of birth as given in Secondary School Certificate (Matriculation).

- Degrees/Qualifications from Foreign/Local Institutions must be recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
