1. Assistant Product Manager – Roshan Digital Account (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To: Unit Head Product – Roshan Digital Account
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institute.
- Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, Telecom, Fintech, or relevant fields.
- At least 1 year experience in:
- Customer Onboarding
- Digital Onboarding
- Roshan Digital Account
- UI/UX
- Preference will be given to candidates having relevant Roshan Digital Account experience.
Skills Required
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) product suite.
- Market research on diaspora banking needs.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns targeting overseas Pakistanis.
Main Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of Roshan Digital Account initiatives.
- Improve digital onboarding customer journeys.
- Monitor KPIs and customer engagement.
- Analyze customer feedback and onboarding performance.
- Prepare Product Program Documents (PPDs), BRDs, SOPs.
- Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

2. Software Engineer – Digital Onboarding (Backend Developer) (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To: Senior Manager – Software Engineer (Backend Developer)
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Software Development/Application Development, preferably in .NET.

- Maintain code quality and documentation.

- Prepare UI documentation.
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, and business analysts.
- Optimize application performance.
- Stay updated with modern frontend technologies.

Employment Type
- Contract basis for 3 years.
- Contract may be renewed at the discretion of the management.
