Eligibility Criteria (Summary)
1. Registrar (BS-20)
Option 1
- PhD in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- 8 years post-qualification teaching/administrative/professional experience.
OR
Option 2
- MS/MPhil (Second Division).
- 10 years post-qualification experience.
OR
Option 3
- Master’s/BS (Second Division).
- 12 years post-qualification teaching/administrative/professional experience.
2. Chief Engineer (Civil) (BS-20)
- B.Sc. (Second Division) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- 17 years relevant experience, including at least 4 years in management.
3. Director (Information Technology Services) (BS-20)
Option 1
- PhD in Computer Science/IT/Telecommunication Systems.
- 8 years relevant experience.
OR
Option 2
- MS/MPhil (Second Division).
- 10 years relevant experience.
OR
Option 3
- Master’s/BS (Second Division).
- 12 years relevant experience.
4. Additional Registrar (BS-19)
Option 1
- MS/MPhil (Second Division).
- 8 years teaching/administrative/professional experience.
OR
Option 2
- Master’s/BS (Second Division).
- 10 years teaching/administrative/professional experience.
5. Project Director (BS-19)
- B.Sc. (Second Division) Civil Engineering.
- Registered with PEC.
- 12 years relevant experience.
- At least 4 years should relate to project management.
6. Deputy Registrar (BS-18)
Option 1
- MS/MPhil (Second Division).
- 3 years teaching/administrative experience.
OR
Option 2
- Master’s/BS (Second Division).
- 5 years teaching/administrative experience.
7. Assistant Registrar (BS-17)
- MA/MSc/MBA/M.Com/MCS/ACMA/ACCA/BS (Second Division) from HEC-recognized university.
8. Medical Officer (Female) (BS-17)
- MBBS (First Division).
- Registered with Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
- One year house job experience.
9. Security Officer (BS-17)
- Bachelor’s degree (Second Division).
- Retired commissioned officer or equivalent rank from Armed Forces.
- Must not have retired on medical or disciplinary grounds.
- Two years after retirement must not have passed.
10. Nurse (BS-16)
- BS Nursing (Second Division) or
- Three-year Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution/university.
11. Cameraman (BS-09)
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division).
- Five years post-qualification experience in photography and video recording.

- Separate applications and fees are required for each post.
- Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- General age relaxation will be allowed according to Punjab Government policy.
- The University reserves the right to increase/decrease/cancel any post without assigning any reason.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
