| Director People & Culture | The Director People & Culture will serve as a key member of PSEB’s senior management, leading the human resources and organizational development function in line with PSEB’s mandate and strategic objectives. The role is responsible for building a high-performance, values-driven culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent in support of PSEB’s mission to grow Pakistan’s IT and ITeS sector. |

What you bring:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
- Organizational Psychology
- Management Sciences
- Social Sciences
- Or a related discipline.
- Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related areas such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Degree(s) must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.
- 10+ years of progressive HR/OD leadership experience, including 3 years in a senior HR role.
- Public-sector experience is highly valued, but ambitious private-sector HR leaders ready for a national-impact move are also welcome.
- Under 56 years of age.
